Product perspective
Not every live table plays the same way. These four formats each have a distinct mechanic that changes how you make decisions at the table — worth a quick read before you sit down.
You build your best four-card hand from five dealt cards. One dealer card is face-up before you decide to fold or raise up to three times your ante — a partial-information moment that defines the game's rhythm.
Live dealer tables — Baccarat, Four Card Poker, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette — sit alongside slots, fishing games and a sportsbook in one lobby, accessible from your mobile browser right now. Deposits are handled through Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX for eligible Malaysian accounts, and the same wallet works for withdrawals.
The information on this site reflects how the lobby, payment options and game catalogue are documented by the platform team. Game descriptions draw on published provider mechanics; payment details reflect the current deposit and withdrawal screen.
| Game documentation | Live table rules — Four Card Poker, Spanish 21, Blackjack Party — are written from provider-published mechanics. RTP figures are shown only where the game or studio publishes them; we don't invent percentages. |
|---|---|
| Payment information | Deposit and withdrawal details reflect the current screen options for Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX. Limits and processing conditions are shown at the point of transaction, not assumed here. |
| Terms and policy access | The full terms of service, bonus conditions and responsible gambling policy are linked from the footer of every page. Read them before depositing — they set out eligibility, region conditions and account rules clearly. |
| Contact and corrections | If you spot something incorrect — a game description, a payment detail, a broken link — reach us via live chat or email. We correct documented errors as soon as they're confirmed by the platform team. |
For Malaysian accounts, deposits and withdrawals run through the payment rails Malaysians already use daily. Touch 'n Go eWallet is the most familiar mobile wallet — open the app, send to the account number shown on the deposit screen and confirm with your PIN. DuitNow is the interbank transfer route, clearing directly between your bank and the platform.
FPX connects most major Malaysian banks for direct online banking transfers. All three options appear on the deposit screen once your account is verified — choose the one your bank or wallet supports.

Fill in the account registration form with your details — the whole process takes a couple of minutes.
Choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX and send funds to the account details shown on the deposit screen.
Browse the lobby — pick a live table like Blackjack Party, a slot such as Book of Golden Sands, or head to the sportsbook.
Join the table or spin directly from your mobile browser — no separate app download required.
Submit a withdrawal request via your registered payment method and follow the on-screen verification step to confirm.
The key distinction is that one of the dealer's cards is face-up before you decide to fold or raise. That partial reveal changes how you read the hand — you're reacting to real information, not betting blind against a hidden total.
All four tens are removed from each 52-card deck, leaving 48 cards. That shifts the card distribution enough that standard blackjack strategy doesn't apply directly — and the game adds bonus payouts for certain 21 combinations as compensation.
Before each spin, a primary lightning strike assigns multipliers to random numbers. A second chain phase then strikes additional numbers. Multipliers only apply to straight-up single-number bets — outside bets like red/black pay standard 1:1 regardless.
Blackjack Party runs as a multi-player social format with a hosted, upbeat broadcast style and lower table minimums. Many players share one dealer hand simultaneously, which changes the pace compared to a one-on-one classic table.
The login and register buttons are at the top of every page on bigsweep. Registration requires a mobile number for OTP verification. Once verified, use the same OTP flow to log back in from any mobile browser.
All policy pages — terms of service, bonus conditions and the responsible gambling section — are linked in the footer of every page. The FAQ and support pages are accessible from the footer and the main navigation menu.
ONE LOBBY VS MANY TABS
Switching between separate sites for casino, slots and sports means logging in three times, juggling three wallets and losing track of which balance is where.
| Account management | One account covers live tables, slots and sports. No duplicate registrations, no separate KYC processes — your profile and payment methods carry across every product in the lobby. |
|---|---|
| Wallet balance | Your RM balance is shared. Fund once via DuitNow or Touch 'n Go eWallet and move between Blackjack Party, Book of Golden Sands and football markets without topping up separately. |
| Game discovery | Browse Four Card Poker, Pineapple Poker, MultipleBall Bingo and Fish Hunter from the same lobby screen — categories are tabbed so you're not digging through separate portals to find a title |
| Support access | Whether a question is about a live table hand or a slot round, one support team handles it. No redirecting to a separate casino or sportsbook helpdesk depending on which product you were playing. |
